Cosmocel MCX is a co-processed product of Microcrystalline Cellulose with Xanthan Gum. Once activated in water, it swells to form an insoluble gel with viscoplastic and thixotropic properties. Co-processing of the product helps in maintaining the pH and shear stress stability and making it an ideal stabilizer for multiphase systems like emulsions and dispersions.
